How to Invite a Team Member to Your Organisation

You can invite anyone to join your organisation. They receive a secure invite link by email and can accept it using their ShowRave account. Each invited member is given a role that defines what they can access.

Send an invite
  1. In the organiser sidebar, go toAccount → Team.
  2. ClickInvite member.
  3. On theInvite memberpage, enter the person'sEmail address.
  4. Select theirRole, eitherEvent managerorAdmin. SeeUnderstanding organisation roles and permissionsfor the difference.
  5. ClickSend invite.

You will see the confirmation: "Invite created successfully." The invite appears in thePending invitessection on the team page until the person accepts.

What the recipient receives

The invited person receives an email with a secure link. They need to accept it using the ShowRave account linked to the invited email address. If they do not have a ShowRave account, they can create one when accepting. The invite link expires after 7 days.

Resending a pending invite

If the invite has not been accepted and you need to resend it, go toAccount → Team, find the pending invite, and clickResend. The confirmation will show: "Invite resent."

Revoking a pending invite

To cancel an outstanding invite before it is accepted, find it in thePending invitessection and clickRevoke. The invite link is immediately invalidated.
